@NellieBelly37: 2.2 ct equiv cushion Forever Brilliant moissanite in palladium (size 5). I love the ring!! And working with moissaniteco.com was fantastic – at least for us – they were very helpful and understanding when we canceled one order, then reordered soon after. They also answered all of our questions quickly and concisely. No complaints! I’m planning on ordering my wedding band(s) from them 🙂 I would definitely recommend them.

@FutureMrsJohnson_:  I second the palladium question. That is what I am leaning towards also. I don’t want to have to redip my ring, and I like the look of it… By the way, Gorgeous ring!!! Do you by chance have a side view?

@NellieBelly37:  I am in the same boat as you… Interested in Moissy Co. I have been doing lots of research since I am picking out my own ring. I know some Bee’s love MoissyCo. Some hate them… so really. Mixed reviews make it hard to know. I think I have done enough research, that I am taking the plunge with Moissy Co. Now I have to pick the setting….:)

@NellieBelly37:

@Giraffelover:

No problems with the metal whatsoever (as of right now), I’ve only been wearing it for a week but it’s a really high setting so I bang it around a lot because I’m not used to it yet. I check all the stones and prongs multiple times a day and it’s still as perfect as when I got it!

I have a hard time getting a side view of it because for some reason my phone doesn’t like to focus on it :/

Mine is 1.25 ct equivalant, size 8.5, 14k white gold that we purchased from MoissyCo when we got engaged June 2012. I absolutely love it and get so many compliments on it. I had a very simple and easy experience with the company, no hassles whatsoever. My wedding band is diamonds, 14k white gold that I got at Zales since I wanted a curved band. There is no clash with the diamonds and the moissy at all- I’m just including that information because I’m putting a picture with both rings up. 🙂 The first two I took at home when I first got the ring so they aren’t as good, the last one is from my pro pics, just cropped and enlarged to show the ring.

Outside light, coudy day I got the ring 🙂

Side view, day I got the ring. Blurry, but shows the profile 🙂

I just took this one today, inside natural light. Please excuse my dry hands, dirty ring and bad nails! :p

Enlarged professional pic from wedding day, just showing the ring.

I would definitely recommend MoissyCo, I had no problems with them at all! Even the jewelers complimented me on my ring when I got my wedding band, so I have had nothing but positive experiences with my ring. Good luck!

ETA: Mine is UNENHANCED. 🙂 Forgot to include that. 😀

@NellieBelly37:  I feel sort of weird ordering something so important and expensive online,  but I defintely think that moissanite is worth it.

As far as styles go, there are so MANY to chose from. I am liking wed560, wed651a, and wed335 so far… I haven’t picked a style but I know I want round, blingy, center stone of at least 2cts, matching wedding band, and probably palladium. I LOVE halos, but haven’t decided if I want to go that route or go for more a single solitare style. I am apparently very picky.

I am a little concerned with how high some settings are. I am klutzy and afraid I would hurt the ring, someone else, or me. haha.

@FutureMrsJohnson_:  It is so pretty!!! but so high up… I feel I would bang it on stuff all day, but maybe you get used to it? haha

Thanks for the pictures

Mine is the sol279, .75ct. I’d definitely recommend them! There were no issues whatsoever.

@ErisInChaos:  Completely off topic, but you and I have amazingly similar hands. It’s kinda freaky. Anyway, so happy about your post because I have been thinking of getting a moissanite and I’ve been flip flopping between 6.5mm and 7mm. And you just helped me out! Thanks!
