I bought from there and it was overall positive. My husband bought the ring and proposed with it. A few days later I noticed some of the pave stones were not as bright and the cut was not the same. I emiled them and they said to send it back. I did and they made a completely new ring because it would have messed up the strength of the band to replace that mant I guess. It tok awhile but they also did it in a different size for free which was nice. I got it back and noticed that one of them is still darker. I honestly didn’t want to have to send it back again since it took so long so I just kept it. I love my ring and the price but it wasn’t a perfect process. We also bought my wedding bands there with pave stones because it matched. Those turned out fine; no problems with that!

Watergrl523:  I’m just curious, do you mean MoissaniteCo.com or moissanite.com?

I know a bee on here bought her light fancy yellow moissanite stone from moissanite.com and is beyond happy with it.

My FI bought my engagement ring from moissaniteco.com and we are absolutely thrilled with the ring and their customer service. It’s currently back with them, because a teeny-tiny accent stone was missing. Because it is so small, to my eye it looks like they missed it when setting the stones into the ring, I don’t think it fell out since it came to us missing that stone. It’ll be back later this week!

So, I can definitely recommend moissaniteco, as can many other bees on here. As for moissanite.com, you may have to do a little more digging!

Moissanite.com is the actual Charles and Colvard site. Is that the one you mean? My jeweler ordered my stone directly from them, but on te phone. My stones amazing!!! I can’t say for their rings cause we got my setting at my jeweler. But they are wonderful! And when I had an issue I called and they were right there. they helped right away and were so nice!! Moissanite.com is a good site. Moissaniteco.com is a different site. I hear they’re great too.

moissaniteco.com makes me nervous because I have also seen a lot of really really really bad reviews. Not just your typical bad customer service review but issues with bad stones, horrible returns services, etc…

I have also read a TON of wonderful reviews and if I had not found the ring I wanted elsewhere- I probably would have decided on a moissyco ring and taken the risk.

As for moissanite.com- I heard that Beth is great but other than that… not as good as moissyco.

I am ordering mine through an etsy seller (rosadosbox)… I have yet to run into any negative reviews for them and pricing is similar and most of all- they have the exact style of ring that I want in within my budget… which is a small budget.

good luck on your moissy search!

OH! I have done a lot of researching, as I’m sure you have been busy doing the same… most bees recommend moissyco.

Not as many boards for moissanite.com or any specific etsy seller.

beeFANTASTIC:  Beth is from Schubachs, not moissanite.com… Moissanite.com is charle and Colvard site.

I ordered both my engagement ring and my wedding band from moissanite.com. Overall the customer service was okay but the rings are beautiful!

I will say to expect about 21 days before your order is shipped because the website always says 10 days on the order page, but the confirmation emails always states 15-20 business days. Not a big deal unless you’re like me and order your wedding band 2 weeks before your wedding!

Their return policy is okay but if you get even the slightest scratch on the ring from trying it on for an hour to see if you like it, don’t expect them to take it back. Other than that, you have 30 days.

Also another thing I should probably mention is if you fall in love with a set and only order the engagement ring at the time, they will not, under any circumstances, allow you to go back and purchase the matching wedding band because the matching bands are never sold seperately.

Their rings are beautiful and I would order from them again, but I wish I knew these things before I ordered from them.
