Has anyone else viewed this website?
I thought this was very interesting. Especially since the prosperity thread was deleted & mikec & prosperity said she lived in Canada & now she lives in Pakistan.
I’m curious to know what else is going to be posted…

That is interesting indeed…

Definitely weird, that’s for sure. Someone pissed off someone, but this information looks legit.

Definitely sketchy. Makes me glad that I am actually happy with my moissaniteco ring and had no reason to try their customer service!

Oh my…this was very interesting!

Props to whoever posted that site. MoissCo is really shady to try to stifle real life, negative reviews. If I buy a moissy in the future, I definitely wouldn’t go through them.

@deetroitwhat: Very interesting indeed!

I was always a little skeeved out by the way they claim the value when shipping pieces, but I dunno if they’re really THAT shady…I’ll let you know what the earrings I just ordered look like when they show up!

@deetroitwhat: Ha! I think it’s hilarious that I am actually on there!!
Honestly, my ring sucked. It dropped 2 stones, the first after 19 days of wear. But there was nothing MoCo could do to remedy the situation outside of refund my money. I was happy they did as it was past their 30 day return policy and in fact past their 120 day credit card company return window. They refunded me straight to my paypal account.
Would I buy from them again? No. Their craftmanship is sub-par. That’s why I am having Schubach custom make me a ring. Would I recommend them? Depends on the setting. IMO, they made the situation whole.
Was it fishy that they told me not to post anything about my situation? Hell yes.
That’s why I waited to get all of my money back and then I took to the forums with my information. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what I did. I got engaged in July and got around maybe 3 weeks of wear out of my ring, altogether, what with the shipping back and forth for repairs and then shipping it off for the second repair, never to see it again. All and all, in my 3 months of being engaged, I’ve had no ring to show and have to keep delying our engagement pictures. Hopefully I’ll have a ring for Nov 1st as we are having an engagement party and everyone has been asking to see my ring!!

I think its shady as hell they are bribing people with services to take down bad reviews.

Companies who spam the web with fake reviews make me sooo angry, why not raise your standards so real customers will post real glowing reviews? Ugh.
Huh, interesting. It sounds like the usual fake reviews problem that is all over the internet.
I’m glad that my SO and I went the custom route for a moissanite ring! Hopefully the jeweler was able to get a good-quality moissanite!

I’m a little confused; is the company based in Pakistan?
wow – i can’t believe they actually threatened/coerced futuredratkins into not posting to fix their own merchandise – that is beyond shady and really, really unethical.
and a company’s PR is not a consumer’s problem – the best way to have great reviews is to have a great product and service to back it up – obviously that’s been lost on them.
i was JUST saying to my SO the other day how glad i am that we chose a diamond (and moreover – a reputable vendor with excellent service) over moissanite. yikes!!

@mrsmay07: This. Makes me wary–if you have a great product and great service, there’s no need to spam and fake review your product. I understand giving product to people (bloggers) to try out and review, but this? No thanks.
Do I still love moissanite as a stone? Yes, it’s gorgeous. Does this look shady as hell to me? Yes, absolutely.
