Many moissanite rings use diamond sidestones. As long as the stones in the band are around H color, it’d probably be fine.

I have a moissanite e-ring and a diamond/sapphire wedding band and it looks perfectly fine. The side stones of the e-ring and the stones in the band are small enough that you can’t tell a difference and it all just looks like a lot of sparkle!

We got mine from moissaniteco – it was a great experience, their customer service was awesome. When we first got it, the center stone was set slightly crooked (didn’t bother me, but drove my husband insane!) – we sent it back and they were quick to fix it and send it right back. I have an enhanced cushion cut stone and love it. The sparkle is amazing, but it always has a nice warmth to it in certain lighting that I just love.

I ended up deciding on a moissanite band due to cost but I originally fell for the same band with diamonds set in it–it looked fine next to my moissanite.  Actually, the fancy pants jeweler had no idea that my ring was a moissanite until he looked at it through his loupe.  The double-take cracked me up.

I don’t think you would notice at all. Especially because side stones are smaller. My mom has a 3stone moissanite ring and beside my diamond solitaire you can’t tell any difference. Hers is unenhanced too. I will try to find a pic of them together to show you.
