@Dell79:  That’s annoying.

So it’ll take you 2 days to get the return instructions but they have to receive the item back within two weeks to process a return.

Is there a number you can call? I think calling someone might get you further and maybe they can “note your account” to show you are waiting on their instructions before you can return the item.

That is a bummer.  I have had positive experiences with their customer service.  I was just in touch with them yesterday about sending back the stone we ordered to have it set… I had submitted an email with questions after business hours the previous night, and they responded shortly after they opened.

So hopefully it won’t take them two business days to get back to you!

I had only positive experiences with Moissanite & Co.’s customer service, but I bought from them over a year ago, so it might have gone downhill since then, idk.

That’s lame. My Fiance and I ordered a loose stone to look at, and when we submitted the request we got it in a day. My Fiance emailed them and we got a quick response and we were told that as long as it was postmarked in the time frame, that they would take it and issue a refund. We also had very good customer service. I wonder if you just got a bad egg who didn’t have her coffee yet 🙁

Sounds like a crab apple. I’d try again . . . not with Robyn. What a bish.

I have had very good experience with Customer Service. Usually I get in touch with Chris or Jera via email though.

On live chat, there are at times a little more hiccups, but I think sometimes this is due to the chat delay or a miscommunication going on. It usually always gets sorted out by the time the chat is through!

I have bought a loose stone, a pendant and studs from Mo Co, and inquired about many other items, and have had great customer service in them responding to inquiries, modification requests, and changes.

Maybe try emailing the [email protected] or trying chat again later?

It was sort of rude.  But, I think it was more or less just giving you a heads up that it’s not like they have been open since 7am just not processing your stuff.

I am glad they came through. I usually find they respond pretty quickly, but they do close at times and are not 24/7! On the other hand, I have received responses from them WAY past closing hours…so you never know.

For the record, I did get a rather blunt reply like that once via the live chat when I had asked them to change a delivery address for me. They had changed it, but it had not been changed correctly so the address was correct but the destination country was not. I reopened chat to correct it (as it would not be good if it went to the wrong country!) and was told “I just changed the address and you probably logged on before it was done so it is not changed”. Well, I knew I hadn’t logged on too quickly, AND the address itself was correct, so just took a deep breath and clarified that the address itself was correct but the country was incorrect and it was all sorted out. No big deal and I did not take it personally.

I think sometimes with the live chat, as I said, the wires can get crossed or tones and context are not interpreted correctly.

They aren’t very…personable. But in the end, they did an amazing job on my ring, and the workmanship was so great. I won’t forget about that.

By The Way, I was able to return my ring (which was BENT – I was not pleased), and I know for certain it got there after the 30 day mark.  I did request an RMA right away, though, but told them I was going to wait until after Valentine’s because I didn’t want them to rush the order again.

@Dell79:  Yeah that comment was kind of rude, maybe they didn’t intend it that way; but it came off as rude to me too.

A nicer way to say it would be, “It can take up to 2 business days to process, and our hours are…” Leave the 10 minutes bit out all together.

Wow. I have never had a problem with thier customer service. Although, I have been emailing them for a couple of days about a wedding band, and they seem to be avoiding my question.

At least you know it isn’t a bot 🙂
