@OrchidsandCandles:  I went back and looked up the order date, I’m pretty sure it was exactly 14 days (not business days) from the order being placed to the ring being at my door.  Congrats on your ring, hope you get it soon!

@OrchidsandCandles:  that ring is so pretty! I was considering that same setting but made for a round moissanite with a cushion halo.  I would really love to see some photos of the ring once it arrives.  So exciting and congrats!

@OrchidsandCandles:  I think that “in production” means they keep the stones and settings separate, so they can set them to many varieties of specifications, including customizations.

this is also why there is a restocking fee if you want to return it. they put together a very specific ring and they can’t be sure if or when somebody else will ever order that exact combination.

I ordered the low profile eternity band, customized to be a 3/4 eternity. it took about 2 weeks for production and shipping, which I think is pretty fast.

From the day we ordered it to the day it showed up, it was 13 days. My ring style had a note in the description that said to allow 1.5-2 weeks for prouction, so I was prepared for it to take a lot longer!

@OrchidsandCandles:  I was! Shipping was fast too. It only took (I think) two actual days for it to get across the country. It was pretty impressive.

The wedding set I have my eye on says 2 weeks for creation and then it will ship within 10 days. That feels like forever.
