We custom ordered my ring from them recently, and we had a great experience. I’ve heard good things and bad things about them, but we had zero issues. The ring looks great (better than in the pictures on the website) and is great quality. I chose to have my ring made with rose gold, which makes the ring a “custom order” and non returnable, but I really love the way the color sets off the stone. I LOVE my ring! The sparkle is insane! I recommend ordering from them.

MissBreezy13:  We just recently purchased my loose 7.5 mm OEC from MoissyCo, about two…maybe three weeks ago now. I dealt with their customer service with regard to shipping AFTER we’d placed the order. It was live chat online and the rep was FANTASTIC. I did a LOT of research before purchasing the stone–we’re having it set by our local jeweler–and felt pretty confident with the purchase. If your concern is with their quality, be sure and check up on their return policy–that way if for whatever reason you’re not satisfied with the craftsmanship, you can return the ring.

Here’s a couple pics of my stone:

MissBreezy13:  Well I have nothing bad to say about my Moissanite or MoissaniteCO. As far as I know they were super wonderful to deal with and the shipping was very quick (to canada). I absolutely adore my ring and wouldn’t change it for the world! I found that website you were referring to and skimmed it quickly. One thing I didn’t like was they had a picture of a moissanite in extremely warm lighting setting and were complaining it didn’t look like the stock picture. It is true that perhaps in dull lighting areas your moissanite will not sparkle as much and might take the color from the room a bit but that doesn’t mean that they recieved a terrible quality moissanite. You must remember, moissanite is not a diamond. It is something that looks similiar to a diamond and can easily be passed off as a diamond to those who do not know any different. But it has its own qualities. Is there a possbility for you to find a local moissanite and try it on? I found a dingy jeweler downtown who had some moissanite tucked away. I was sold as soon as I saw it. Here is my ring from MoissaniteCO 🙂

We purchased both of my rings from moissaniteco and are very pleased. However we did have issues with them sending us the wrong ring and then not having a number to call them made it pretty frustrating as the on line chat person was not able to help us, it took us several days to get it resolved via eMail. I would and have repurchased from them after the incident though moissy is so lovely ! Both pictures are in natural light through a car window.

I’m having a wedding set made by them right now.  Haven’t seen the ring, but they sent me the center stone to preview.  It was gorgeous. They are customizing my ring, adding side stones and bezel setting it and have been fantastic with the process.

Keep in mind if you find something on the site you like but want to make a design change they can do it! And it’s not very expensive.

If you want to see lots of photos of their rings in real life you can look at their Facebook page.  It’s under moissaniteco.com on Facebook.

The FI and I purchased one of my wedding bands and one of my engagement rings from them and we have absolutely nothing but praise for Moissaniteco. The engagement ring was semi-custom and, being from New Zealand, we were a bit apprehensive since it wouldn’t be worth our time and moeny to send anything back if we weren’t happy with the product. But they had great customer service, ordered the stone from another company for us, recommended another setting when there wasn’t an appropriate one in their current stock and delivered two beautiful rings. I would prefer to purchase from them again than most of the local jewellery stores around Auckland.
