So I love the headbands with big bows and flowers, however I am not willing to spend 15 bucks a piece for one. does anyone know an inexpensive place to purchase these?

also an inexpensive place to buy cloth diaper covers. I'm just using the old fashion cloth diapers so I want to find some covers.

I thought the bee would be the best place to ask!

I'm not a hair accessory fan so I can't really help you with that...although i would probably start by looking at Etsy.  If you are on facebook...there are a TON of cloth diaper swap groups:  (I think I'm a member/like about 5 different pages.)  Here are a few:

Groups:  Cloth Diaper Cafe (chat and swap)

                Cloth Diaper Addiction Swap

    Page:  Cloth Diaper Swap

             The Fluff Exchange

             Fluff Swappers

You can probably get some gently used or not at all used covers for cheaper.  You can also try diaperswappers.com or there is a diaper swapping group on babycenter.com.  (Can you tell I have cloth on the brain!?)

Once you start you can't stop!  There's so much to learn online.  One of my favorite resources when I find a new brand/type is dirtydiaperlaundry.com :)  Good luck!

While I was pregnant I checked for sales a lot.  The cloth diapering boards on babycenter sometimes have goord saleinfo.  Babydealsdujour.com lists a lot of the daily baby baby bargain info.   And I did  buy a cover off of craigslist, I know gross.  But it was white and didnt show any stains, the lady said she only used it once because she had bought too many covers and it's just the cover, just washed it a bunch of time and good to go.

As for hair do dads I just would check kohls and regular department stores they have them on sale a lot or stores like valuecity/marshalls usually have decent baby sections.

I can't speak on the cloth diapering but I buy my baby girl's hair bows and flowers from two local sellers that also ship. Both sell through facebook right now but accept paypal and are trustworthy.

Three Little Birds Boutique- I personally like this one a little better. I find Megan's prices to  be a little cheaper and find that she's friendlier to work with. She has also accomodated several requests of mine, particularly making certain bows smaller so they don't look goofy on my 4 month old.

Thanks everyone! I've been checking these websites... I'm considering ordering headbands in bulk from amazon.com and making my own flower/bow clips ... I'm just worried about the quality of headbands If I order from amazon.
