Hi ladies…I posted last monday with my starting weight. Weighed in again today and here are my results:
Starting weight on 7/4…195lbs
Week 1 loss -3.8
I realize this is mostly due to water weight and I won’t be losing at this pace for long…but hey, it’s a good start for me. I am hoping to get under 190 next week, but I will be happy with ANY loss. My biggest challenge this past week was that I stopped drinking calories…this was the hardest part as I love a cold Coke in the morning and a cold glass of vino at the end of the night. I am just drinking water right now which I mix with crystal light on occasion. I am shooting for 1400-1500 calories per day and have stayed pretty close to that this past week. I only made it to the gym 3 times, my goal was 5….but my 2yr old was sick last Mon and Tues so I could not take her to the gym daycare. The 3 days I did workout I totally kicked butt…but I need to workout 5 days this week!! I will post my progress next Monday…wish me luck. Thanks for the support bees!!
