Sad day, but it was necessary!
I did indeed finish all my baking... and deviled eggs... and making a complete and total mess of my apartment.
Yeah me apartment is pretty messy too! My goal was to clean it today, but I finished the kitchen and decided to call it a day! :-)
My SO and I helped decorate his parents' 12 ft Xmas tree last night.
SO ready for the holidays and for xing my name off the waiting list.
Awww snake I love decorating trees! But I hate taking them down.
Honeybun, they are wonderful! I made bacon and regular. Last time I also made a salmon and caper one but I ran out of salmon.
@KM - I'm with you on that! Taking down Christmas decorations is the WORST - soooo depressing!
Bacon deviled eggs?? I have never heard of such a thing! I've never heard of anything other than just, well regular I guess haha. I'm so unworldly hehe
I guess that's why you had the bacon in the blender...I was really wondering what the deal was with that!! LOL
We're planning on getting a tree for our apartment this year--- and I am excited! However we'll have to wait a few weeks til they start selling the real trees --- i just want it up now! christmas forever!
Ha ha ha ha yeah, thats what the bacon in the blender was for! Last time I tried to chop it up, but it didn't work. I also have one of those slap choppers I could have used, now that I think about it.
Have you seen the commercial that the sham wow guy does for the slap chop KM??????

@honeybun - OMG that commercial is HILARIOUS. I don't know why but that guy is so ridiculous that he just cracks me up!!

@KM - we have that cookbook! Or one a lot like it...I haven't been brave enough to try any of them, though!
my FI loves to repeat one line from the slap chop commercial over and over and over again.. anyone want to guess which line it was?

OMG! I was watching the infomercial for the magic bullet last night! I so want to get one. Maybe I'll register for one--and the gt xpress!! Anyone have either of those?
Try it, Amanda! Deviled eggs are the best things ever. Especially if you make them yourself cause then you can play with the recipe and see how YOU like it.

@pmerr - my grandparents have a magic bullet and it's soooooo cool!!! You should definitely get one!
@KM - I think I'm just too in love with regular deviled eggs, haha. I get random cravings for them and I will make just like...one...for myself, haha. I will have to try a fun recipe for them sometime, though.

@beav - You know, I've seen that commercial about 20 times and it wasn't until the other day that I caught that line...FI thought I was crazy because I was laughing for about 10 minutes!
