....the caterer is asking me about a MILLION questions! Tell me I'm not the only one whose being bombarded with questions like "napkins in glasses or folded, plates on table or at buffet, pirchers of water on tables or not, guest count, guest count, guest count!"
What irritates me the most is I've booked them a YEAR ago! Couldn't 95% of this stuff been done months prior? Or is this how catering companies typically do it? So thankful I have my DOC to turn to & say "you do it!"
