I’ve been very diligent with my workout routine the last 9 months (3 mile run 3-5 days/week, 1 hr weights 3-5 days/week), but I want to make sure that I don’t make any bad choices in the next month, or the week before the wedding, that sabatoge all my hard work! Any tips for looking your very best?
I’m drinking a ton of water, limiting salt and simple carbs, trying to fill up on protein, veggies, whole grains, fruit, nuts. I know food like broccoli and beans cause bloating but what has worked for you in fighting bloat?
