@missmouse29: girl please I am thrilled that these turned out so well. i was extremely self conscious (sp?!) because up until I saw my bridals I didn't like my dress (I wanted a different material lol). Now I love it and think that it was perfect for me!

@hellorebecca: Thanks Becca!! And please don't get me started on that one lol!! There are quite a few AA brides on here with darker skin tones who had amazing weddings!!! Mrs. Oyster's immediately comes to mind as well as Mrs. Swan, also check out moneypenny's wedding it was stunning!! Also on the African American brides board here there is a post showing tons of what I consider "normal" weddings.
@littlemissmango: hilarious thing about the poses and smirks is I have pictures of me from when I was TWO and I had the same smirk. Thanks so much I am quite shocked by the pictures, sometimes photographers can't get my skin tone quite "right" and I look odd but luckily all of my photographers have got "me" downpact.
@MaybeeBecca: omg when I was told about it I JUMPED at the opportunity. I always wanted bridals but as on such a tight timeframe and budget that it was nearlyl impossible.
Mere words cannot describe how beautiful you are, and these pictures are just glorious! Having been allowed the pleasure of "chatting" with you on here and reading your comments (especially about your sweet dad), I realize that your beauty is not just skin-deep. You're just a cool person all around!

Here are more of my bridals from Arnold Gussman! He was one of the photographers from the workshop!
And the reason this is in full figured is because I am a size 14/16 and couldn't find dresses that I REALLY wanted to try on at salons. So dress designers you are missing out on a huge market. I bought my dress used from another bride....
***Sidenote*** If anyone is on a budget, check to see if photographers are having a photography workshop and need any "models". I was the bride and ended up with tons of great pictures!! And hair and makeup is usually included because the makeup and hairstylists get to use the pictures as well!!!
