WOW! I can't believe you got all that snow in MD and here in Upstate NY I still have not gotten any.

wow! I can't wait for winter. I have found that I love something about every season - and winter is the holidays and snow! We're getting straight rain right now. However, driving home from work late Thursday night, I noticed rain turned to snow and called DH ridiculously excited..he was not so much.

@Eva Peron: Sorry I was missing. I had an allergic reaction that required a trip to the ER and means I have to vacate my house Wahhhhaaaaaa!

No we live on the edge of town which means there are several farms nearby. I live in Mennonite/Amish country and share the road with horse and buggies. :) Our next door neighbor is a horse though. I will try to get a pic of him in the next few days to show you. Our neighbor keeps chickens and bunnies but we are sticking with a cat for right now. I grew up on a farm and miss it most days but am sooo glad I don't have to get up a four am to milk cows anymore!
