I have never been a fan of white.  I just don’t think that white suits my skin tone.  So I would vote ivory.

But what you can do (I am assuming that you are going to be ordering this dress online) is go to a bridal store and pick out a similar style and try it on in both white and ivory that why you can see for yourself what color suits your skin tone better.

I’d say ivory.  My Mori Lee was in ivory and it still looked white in photos.  I think white is too harsh for most lighting/flash photography.

I’d definitely go ivory.  The ivory one I tried on in the store (and ordered) was still quite white (which I like).  Not the creamy ivory I usually think of.

I’d say ivory. I don’t think white is a flattering color on many people. And in ivory details like lace and stuff stand out more.

My ML is ivory. It’s a very nice ivory… not too yellow at all. Just a creamy flattering white. Here is a close up of the fabric. I think it’s beautiful.
