I don’t have any pictures for you, but I am also interested in the Voyage collection!  Would love to see some pictures and here how the quality/price is.

I tried on a bunch of them, and I love the 6746 but I’m not yet sure if it’s the one. I tried one that was similar to the bottom one minus the sheer part on top. It was beautiful and very light and very affordable (around $500).

@nordicbride2014:

We have similar tastes.  Mine is an older model, Mori Lee 6737. Here’s the stock photo:

Overall, I’m happy with the quality and structure.  Being a simple dress, you can see lumps/outlines of undergarments through it, so I’ve had to look at multiple long-line bras/underwear to find things that work with it (I’m also plus sized, and therefore need more foundation garments). However, the chiffon is soft and flowy, and definitely not scratchy or uncomfortable.

Here’s me in the dress when it first came in…I’ve changed the neckline from a halter to an X-back; it’s also very long so it loses the a-line shape (after alterations it returns; I’ll post photos if you want). You can also see the outline of the long line bra at my waist, for reference:

I ordered the dress last October, and was told it would be about 4 months to arrive.  It actually came in in January.  I expressed my surprise when they called to tell me it was in, and they said that it was coming up to the Chinese new year, so they were likely trying to get dresses out quickly before they shut down (apparently, businesses shut down for a good month at that time).  The point of that is to convey that apparently their dresses (or at least some of them) are made in China, in case you have issues with that.

For pricing/sizing comparison, I’m a street size 18, and the dress is a 22 (the shop recommended  ordering up in size rather than down based on my personal measurements, and I’m very glad for it now).

I’m in South Florida, and the shop is fairly well known/popular, and it was $549…one of the perks of simple dresses is cheaper pricing.

Hope that helps; let me know if you have other questions.

I tried on some of their older collectoons, and while beautiful and light and incredibly affordable, they definately didnt look anything like those! They are stunning! Im glad they’ve stepped up this collection.

I tried on the Voyage 6765. It was priced at $500 (in Ontario, Canada) and I thought it was much higher quality than dresses I had tried on at David’s Bridal that were $500 in Canada. I was pretty pleased with it – though I did end up going with a different Mori Lee (also good quality for the price!). For reference for the pics below, the dress was a 14 (or 12?), I ordered my Mori Lee in a 10, and street size in dresses I’m an 8-10.
