I’m 8 weeks pregnant, and I’m having trouble keeping everything down by the end of the day. I started getting sick at 3 weeks, with nausea and occasionally vomitting, which subsided for about a week around 6 or 7. Now, it’s a “different” kind of sick… Kind of like I’m hungry but I can’t digest anything. I wouldn’t say I have horrible nausea anymore, but I feel “sick” and by the end of the day I have pressure, bloating, and ultimately vomit. This has happened for the past 3 days and I’m exhausted and miserable!
Has anyone had anything like this happen? I’ve taken zofran, but it doesn’t seem to help the vomitting, just the nausea when it comes.

AnonymousCupcake: Just make sure that you are well nourished and hydrsted during the day. If you are only vomiting once per day in the evening, you should be able to maintain good hydration. If you are getting dehydrated (not voiding regularly, urine getting darker and more concentrated) , speak to your doctor.

8+1 weeks here and sounds like i’m having the same issue. Starts in the evening, and if I wake up in the middle of the night to pee, I vomit because I’m still nauseous and the mornings are hell too. I get a break midday and then starts again in the evening. Zofran doesn’t cut it. Commenting to follow 🙁

AnonymousCupcake: I was like this. My “morning sickness” was worse at night. So I would eat lighter in the evenings… whatever sounded slightly appetizing I would make. Sometimes I was too sick to eat at all. Its ok to not eat this early in the game. Just stay hydrated with water, decaf tea, juice… whatever. If you can eat earlier in the day do that, or whenever you get that “break” in the morning sickness.
Hang in there. My morning sickness lasted till 16-17 weeks and it still creeps back every once in a while if I eat too much.
