Congratulations on the approval! Oh, and good luck with everything else from now on! You must be excited.
I am not excited at all. I am completely over-whelmed. I think I was secretly hoping it wouldn't get approved!
I hope everything goes smoothly. As my aunt always says, take everything one day at a time!

YAY (I think). I have very mixed feelings about moving but we have to. I just can't seem to wrap my head around it all yet. So much stuff left to do! And since the new place is in a flood zone, we have to pay for a year of flood insurace in advance even though the stream is no where near the house and the house has never been flooded since it was built 35 years ago!
As soon as settlement happens (and you can bet there is a ton of hoops still to jump through for that), I can get started on having the site prepped for the barn for the cats. I am having some local Amish build them a two-story Gambrel barn and then have the fencing installed with special "toppers" to prevent escape.
So much work ahead. This might even be more stressful than wedding planning!
