My Mother-In-Law is going to visit next month. I’m a worrier. I’m at work nearly having my first panic attack.
You can read all about my Mother-In-Law in my previous posts. I have no idea what to expect.
It doesn’t help that she booked a hotel an hour and a half away.
OMG…… I have his horrible feeling in my stomach.

I’d be feeling pretty amazing she booked a hotel an hour and a half right now 😀 Mine are coming down next month with my husband’s grandparents and they’re staying with us in our 848 sq foot 2 bedroom condo.
I know how you feel though-I feel the same way about my IL’s, and sometimes it consumes me. I think it’s important to take a deep breath, let your husband know he will be handling the situation, if anything is said he WILL handle it, and try to relax. I know it’s hard, but if he steps up and manages her it’s a lot easier for you.

Oh my – when I read your post title, the thought: “Oh, dear God” came to mind.
How long is she visiting for? And, when are you going to hang out.
You should be jumping up and down that she’s an hour and a half away! Could you imagine if she was in the next room?!
Have you talked to Darling Husband about what he expects in terms of time with her and expectations he has of you to interact with her?
