@ashleyfaye: I think royal blue should be fitting. You want them to look in tune in your pictures that you will all take together. My FI will be in navy blue (uniform) as will his GMs. My BMs will all be in black as will my mother and grandmother.
I see nothing wrong with royal blue for her. :) The green might be too bright for her.
I don't think it matters what color they wear, as they aren't members of the bridal party and don't have to match. Unless it's really important to you that everyone color-coordinates,let them pick something that makes them feel comfortable that day.
In one daughter's wedding, the girls wore fuschia and I wore black & white, and the MOG wore champagne. In the other wedding, the girls wore turquoise, and I wore chocolate brown and the MOG wore raspberry. For the few pictures we were in, it really didn't matter..we were all just happy to find dresses we loved!
I would choose a different complimentary color to your wedding colors for her, only so she won't blend into the bridal party.
@rachgirl82: what do you suggest being a complementary color to royal blue or lime green? I'm lost!
In reality, MOB wear any color - often times not matching the BP. My colors were green & white - but my mom really wanted to wear pink because she thought it was very "MOB" with me being the girl and all ;) and my dad wore a pink tie to match her.
@ashleyfaye: I would LOVE to know the answer to this question, since my colors are exactly that - royal blue and lime green! Let's talk colors sometime! :)
@ashleyfaye: I like @Sschaf 's suggestions, something bold. Is your dress blingy? Maybe silver ?

My colors are lime green and royal blue. My bridesmaid dresses are royal blue with lime green sash that goes to the floor in the back. What color could my mother and grandmother wear that would not clash with wedding colors? Should they wear same color? Help?!!!!
