David’s Bridal is having a great sale on MOB dresses. $49!

Is she looking for something more tradtional? Bridal stores will sometimes have MOB dresses. You could also try Nordstrom’s at South Point (there’s a new Nordstrom’s Rack across the street too!), Saks Fifth Avenue at Triangle Town Center, or other department stores like Belk’s and Macy’s.

David’s Bridal is a good go-to place, but I liked Jade and Jade couture for MOB dresses.  They are around 400+ dollars, and their website lists local stores.  Shopping at a local shop was a great experience for me as they brought out 10 dresses I could have loved for the day and my pick is really a “wow” dress for me.  Deep winter teal with matching jacket- ballroom, gathered at the waist.  Can hardly wait to wear it.  Jan. 1st wedding- (my son’s was June 6th)

I also agree with Jade and Jade Couture dresses. I am a MOB and my daughter’s wedding is 2-26-11. I did alot of searching online for MOB dresses that were more modern and stylish. One bridal shop even suggested I look at bridesmaids dresses since I am younger. What? That was ridiculous! I loved the jade dresses and used the search engine on their website to find a bridal shop that has them in my area. I found a stunning navy blue chiffon gown, that is off the shoulder and I swear makes me look at least 10 pounds thinner! It should be here in December and I am as excited for it to arrive as my daughter was for her dress to come in!
