@Thehairdoctor:  I think this is in the wrong section but all I can say is motivate yourself knowing you are doing something for your health! It’s difficult to base your motivation on results because those take time to show! Also think of food as fuel instead of indulging in foods that have no nutritional value.

(I really need to take my own advice lol)
