I’m 14th Sept. I did healthy eating and daily exercise for 30 days planned on keeping up to the wedding. But am in a cant be bothered slump right now. No exercise for a week and today I had a really nice chocolate cake…..I cant wait to get home from work and raid the fridge.

Maybe I’ll start again next week 😉

I don’t want to lose or gain, but my motivation is that I already had my final dress fitting (my dress is on the other side of the country), so it needs to fit!!!

I had my last dress fitting last weekend and brought my dress home. It was a bit tight, but was able to zip up and I could wear it somewhat comfortably. That being said, I am pushing to lose about 5lbs and cut water weight now that we are at the 35ish day mark.

August stalled hard core! I’m hoping the pressure of September being THE MONTH will modivate me a bit more.

I’ve been slack lately, not really eating bad, but not eating 100% healthy either! I haven’t been in the gym lately either.  Everyday after work I’m exhausted with tons of other stuff to do, and just haven’t made the time for it.

I don’t really want to lose or gain, but I do want to tone up.  I’m feeling the motivation today since there’s only 31 days left for me! 🙂

Yes I’m slacking more than normal.  I regularly work out (have for years) but I find myself getting a little stressed at times and all I want to do it sit on my couch and drink wine Undecided

I managed to make myself workout 5 days last week.  But this week I’ve only done 1 so far.  UGH.

I’m only trying to drop about 4-5 lbs though.  So not that much.  If I even get 3 I’d be happy.

I’ve been having a hard time as well. It’s busy season at my job, which means I work about 60-70 hours a week. I signed up with a personal trainer at the gym across the street, so I am going once a week, but I need to go more often.

Food wise, I’ve generally been good, but with many nights of take out it’s really hard. I’m trying to limit my portions of the unhealthy stuff. I didn’t have much to lose to start with (5lbs), and now I’m only 1 away from the goal. I might try for another 2-3, but I’m pleased with where I am considering my crazy schedule.

When I’m stressed I have no appetite, so that has a lot to do with it. It’s not healthy, but right now, I’ll take it over being a stress eater. Overall, I just really need to get back to a healthier lifestyle.

Ugh you’re not alone! I was super good with my gym and eating regiment from January – May but ever since I went on vacation to Mexico we’ve been super busy with final wedding appointments and summer activities and can’t be bothered. We have a little more than 3 weeks to go so we’re trying to go to the gym more and eat clean for the next few days. 🙂 YOU CAN DO IT!

@Trixxie_90:  You too!! 🙂 It’s crazy it seems like it’s gone by so fast!! We had a 9 month engagement and it seems like yesterday he proposed! Where did the time go?!

All I’ve had this morning is hot water and lemon. I was pretty good and then went on my pre-wedding mini-moon and we ate like slobs, now trying to make up for it. lol. I need to lose about 10 lbs before the big day because I have the most unforgiving dress ever, so I’m literally fasting until the wedding.

I. lways slack off my workouts in the summer, but I’m beginning to come out of hibernation.  My dress fits exact right now, so I need to stay where I am. That means my weekly burrito is safe! Laughing
