    Alright bees, here's my story!

I am 5'10" and 160 pounds, which means my BMI is around 23.0. I am in the normal weight category, but let's face it..I could afford to lose a few pounds! I would ideally like to lose 10 pounds, 15 at the most (I love my curves!).

I go to the gym with my FI roughly twice a week, and use the elliptical trainer for 30 minutes, and ride the bike for 30 minutes. Sometimes I go to the weights, and do some strength training with him, but not often. I find it very tough to keep motivated! It seems like I will go for 4 days straight and I feel so good, then I am like "ahh, I'll just skip a day, take a break..no biggie"..then I cannot get back on track. Before you know it, it's been another week (another pound too, probably).

What do you ladies do to keep motivated? Do you work out at home, or go to a gym? What eating plans are you on? Thanks ladies!

I have to be honest, I don't exercise a lot. I just eat right (we were talking about this on the other thread).

But you know what keeps me and everyone else on track? In my living room on a random wall facing the entry we each have a thermometer shaped chart, and we get to color it in when we lose weight. And boy, does it feel good to fill that thing in. We keep it up all the time, even when other people come over, because even though they're a bit ugly (hehe, you should see them) we are SO proud of what we've lost! And seeing someone else be able to fill in a pound really makes you want to do it, too.

@cinemaparadiso - What a fabulous idea! Yes, I bet they aren't the nicest decorations, but it sounds like they are working wonders! Thank you for the tips!
