Our Ceremony was absolutely perfect and I loved the Church that we chose. The huge flight of stairs that I used to make my entrance was nerve-wracking, but totally worth it 🙂
Since DH and I did not see each other before the ceremony, I opted to have a special first-look with my Dad. We’ve always had a great relationship and I wanted him to know how much he means to me.
The walk down the “aisle” was loooong and it started on the far side of the Church. I had to traverse the whole width of the building before getting to the top of the stairs where my Dad was waiting for me.
My almost-husband looks on anxiously as I get to the stairs…
Let’s do this!

@bakerella: Thank you. I thought it was a nice idea. Dad’s so often get pushed to the side because Mom usually helps the most with the planning, so I wanted to have a special moment with my Dad and I’m so happy we did 🙂
@sunnywoods: True story: We were laughing about Star Trek. Yea…that happened lol!
