MUFE or Clinique??

I absolutely love MUFE’s Face & Body makeup. I’ve tried their HD, and liked it, but didn’t love it. I have very sensitive skin and no MUFE product has ever irritated it. That being said, I have dry skin, so my foundation needs may be different from yours. If you live near a Sephora, they’re really good about giving you a sample to try (and will take returns, no questions asked, if you change your mind).

Why can’t you get a sample and try both? What works for one person may not work for the other. I don’t touch Clinique foundations because I don’t like the color range. I love MUFE.

I’ve used Clinique in the past but I used MUFE foundation for my wedding. Loved it.

I haven’t tried MUFE, but I’m a big fan of the Even Better foundation.  I did have some issues getting a match at first, but otherwise feel that it gives me pretty even coverage.

I used to work for Clinique and I love the even better foundation but you might want something a little more for pictures. It’s a great everyday foundation though. I actually really love the redness solutions foundation. I wear it and I don’t have any redness I just like the glowy finish it gives me

kortizi0:  Sephora will give you a free sample of each to try out.

kortizi0:  It is super duper free. They just make a sample for you that will last about a week.

kortizi0:  I’d use it everyday if I wore foundation everyday. I’m more of a throw on some eyeliner, mascara and lipgloss kinda girl most days, but when I do wear foundation I use it and it rocks.

I had MUFE HD foundation and I loved it during the winter months. However once the temp started rising it felt like it was melting off of my face, even while using primer, powder, and setting spray.

I ended up switching to MAC Studio Sculpt. It’s kind of like a gel and it has incredible pigmentation (need less than a pea size amount), great staying power, and most times I don’t need setting spray.

I also use Dolce and Gabbana Radiant Creamy foundation and the texture is to die for. Both the D&G and the MAC have virtually no cakiness. I’m also acne prone and have had no issues with either. MUFE broke me out at first but the acne eventually went away.

I am not a fan of Clinique foundations. I think MUFE is okay but nothing special. I think NARS Sheer Glow would be perfect. We have very similar skin but I am not one to breakout. I think the finish of Sheer Glow is much better than MUFE.
