4 Tablespoons Flour 4 Tablespoons Sugar 2 Tablespoons Cocoa powder (Note: don’t use cocoa mix or quik, it shouldn’t have any sugar) 2 Tablepsoons Vegetable Oil (Don’t use one with a strong flavor, eg olive, sesame, etc) 2 Tablespoons Water . Microwavable Mug Microwave approx. 55 seconds -1 min 5 seconds
Will be very hot. Tastes awesome with fat-free Redi-Whip or frozen yogurt.

interesting! This might be an easy thing to teach J to do for himself so that when I don’t make a batch of something (and end up eating half of it myself!) he won’t have to whine about wanting sweets, haha…

This reminds me of a No Pudge Brownie Mix that my sister sent me during college. It came in a box like any other mix, but you could whip up single servings in the microwave by adding some yogurt to it first. I suppose this version wouldn’t be no pudge though. 🙂
