I love colorful bouquets; I think they are so "springy" and fun! I originally wanted all different bright colors in my bouquet, but since we're doing a black and white theme, I went with white. I say go for it :)
I second the love of bright bouquets. They are very fun and happy bouquets and are still able to be beautiful. I dont think it is tacky at all and I truly think that is a stunning bouquet.
I wouldn't pick it for myself, but that doesn't mean the flowers aren't beautiful. I would make no judgements about a bride with a colorful bouquet like the one pictured in your post.
Wow! You made that, it's amazing. I like a lot of color if other things are kept simple, like neutral bridesmaid dresses and simpler bouquets for the bridesmaids.
It's a very happy bouquet, and I love it!!
I think it's beautiful! I love bright and cheery bouquets (flowers in general). Mine is various shades of dark, medium and light purples and ivory. If I wasn't doing all purples, I would do something like the one you like with lots and lots of different pinks, yellows, whites, etc. I personally don't like all-white or very pale bouquets. I love how the bright, colorful bouquets "pop" against the white dress!
What a gorgeous bouquet! I would love one like that, if I didn't have my heart set on lilacs.
I LOVE multi-colored bouquets. I would absolutly love to do my own. I am having an autumn wedding though and I don't think that it would match anything else in our wedding though lol. I think it is gorgeous!
I adore colorful, bright bouquets!! In fact, this might become an issue for me b/c I'm trying to decide between one like yours and all white orchids (which is what my Mom's bouquet was and I believe my grandmother's too!)
I told my florist I wanted some each of orange, purple, lime, hot pink and bright yellow flowers -- very similar to your inspiration bouquet. The florist got into it and is having fun with the choices. Attendants are dressing in different bright colors to match the flowers. I find all the color so cheerful! Enjoy!
I love it! The colors are gorgeous and it's just so...sunny! It puts me in a happy mood just looking at it!
Meh... I'd love those flowers for home, but they're just not my style for a wedding bouquet... unless it was for a casual ouside sunshiny ceremony.
@mandalee - A casual, outside sunshiney (hopefully!) ceremony it will be!
@jadeblue - sounds beautiful! I'd love to see pics after your wedding!
@Carbon Girl - Nope, definitely didn't make it, it's just an inspiration pic. Hopefully I am able to pull something like that off.
@rawkitty - I'm having an autumn wedding too, although seasons in Australia don't really play any part. Everything stays green.
Thanks everyone for the positive words. I am surprised that most people seem to like it. I've never seen anyone use anything like it, so I thought there would be a lot more negativity.
Love it! My Bridesmaids will have multi colored bouquets. Mine will be all white or white and purple.

Hi all. This is my first time posting a pic and first time making a poll, so I apologise if I screw it up.
Here is my inspiration pic for my (DIY) bouquet.
It's kind of like Mrs Mary Jane's (hers was my original inspiration
pic), but with less red and orange and more everything else.
What do you think? Even if it's not something you would ever want for yourself, would it be something you would see and say "My gooness, what was she thinking?!" I'm really unsure if other people would think of it as "tacky" (I know that word isn't used around these parts, but I am thinking from a guest's perspective).
Thanks all!
