Hello everyone I really need help trying to figure out a song to walk down the aisle to. I don’t really want anything classical or traditional. Something that isn’t too upbeat but isn’t super slow and I am having the hardest time finding a nice instrumental song that will actually work for this. If you haven’t noticed I am actually getting frustrated with it haha… HELP ME PLEASE 😀 any suggestions will be fabulous!

Hmm. I originally wanted to use Brandi Carlisle’s “The Story” for my processional, so I scoped out several piano versions on YouTube. Here’s the one I liked best (you have to go to about 0:21 seconds into the video):
If you’re having someone play live music, you could have them adjust their playing speed to make it peppier or slower as needed.
(BTW, we ended up using Peter Gabriel’s version of The Book of Love instead, and it was PERFECT for us. But not instrumental, and also quite slow.)

I want to walk down the aisle to the instrumental in the beginning of stairway to heaven by Led Zepplin because it has always been our song its too long for the first dance . Is there any song that mean a lot to the both of you?

I’m walking down to “Everlong” by the Foo Fighters– the Vitamin String Quartet version. I highly recommend looking through their stuff. You’re likely to find a song you love and sounds beautiful! The bridal party is walking down to “Bodies” by Drowning Pool as a surprise for the groom, but none of our guests will recognize the song!
