- Wedding: November 2012
I was quite content with just getting an ipod and good speakers to play all our music and then fiance’s friend who sings crooner song (Rat pack/Frank Sinatra) has offered to sing for us during cocktail hour. Lovely, fine. That will work too.
Now I’ve found a very resonably priced pianist to play the grand Piano that is in the room we’ll use for the Ceremony and cocktail hour for 4 hours on the day and I’m thisclose to booking. But I just want to know what others thing of this.
He would basically play before the ceremony as people arrive, play the instrimental versionof the song I want to (kissing you by De’sree) when I walk down the aisle and after.
Do people like the idea of having piano music (playing a mix of instrimental pop music (Adele etc) and A set with Ratpack etc) in a wedding or is it too lounge bar style?
