i want to say that a bee did a DIY of those type of strawberries...
lol, so did I. I love love love strawberries; especially chocolate covered ones. They won't be in season when we get married, and I was so sad, but now, thanks to you, I will be able to get them.

There is a really cute cheesecake stuffed strawberry that looks really good. It shouldn't be too hard to DIY them but you probably want to do a test run beforehand.

So cute! I've tried to make chocolate covered strawberries before, but they never come out very pretty. So I've instead switched to this "Inside Out" recipe with Kahlua!

@corgi: The more I look at them the more I agree, especially after reading the DIY that krissycake posted! I think I may give them a shot. I wonder how far in advance I could make them without them going bad? 3 days? 2 days? hmm..

Ok so I'm currently obsessed with the notion of chocolate covered strawberries. I've dropped many a V-day hint to FI for some. I was browsing online... and look what I found!!
