I would get a wrap for it. The ones that you can slide your ring into.
Honestly, you have such a gorgeous and unique e-ring I'd go with a plain thin band or a wrap like noritake suggested (but not a very blingy one)
I love your engagement ring and your possible band! My only suggestion is to try possible bands on with your ring, being seeing as your stone is so big, it may not allow for the rings to sit snugly. Some women don't mind this, some do, so it's up to you!
Ooooh, beautiful ring! Money-wise, a plain band would probably be the most feasable, but pretty much anything would look lovely.
The non-diamond e-ring thread is probably my all time favorite in the hive, not to mention the colored stone e-ring/eye candy thread at Pricescope. OK, so the entire colored stones forum in Pricescope is made of YUM. But I'm not going to link you to every fabulous thread there. ;)
That is soooo gorgeous. The color is hypnotizing. I googled kunzite and some sources called it "the evening gem" because I guess the color can fade in the sun. Have you heard this? I'm sure it'd be fine for every day wear as long as you don't lie out tanning with it on lol.
I think its gorgous and you could wear it with or without the band depending on your mood.

Hello Bees,
I am new to this site and I've repeatedly gazed at all of the non-diamond engagement rings! I think they are so beautiful, and all of the pictures inspired me to go non-diamond as well. Being an art student, I think non-diamond rings are unique. Who says you have to have a diamond to validate your relationship? Anyway, my fiance and I fell in LOVE with this ring and I wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions for a matching wedding band....
He is in the Army, and I'm going to be graduating college in May. With that said, our mission is to save money to prepare for moving in together (furniture, security deposits, etc.) So I don't really want anything that would cost more than $200. I was thinking a simple gold band with diamond accents (such as the one pictured).
Here is my 2 ct. Kunzite e-ring....
What do you all think? Also....I LOVE seeing everyone's non-diamond erings...if you have one, please post pictures!!! They're so beautiful to stare at!
