After all the stress of planning my completely 100% DIY wedding, my fears about coming up short on money because we went way over budget, my dress regret breakdown, rain in the forecast (we had everything outdoors and NO backup plan!) and my concern over the fact that we had no room for an aisle for our ceremony (all of this which was chronicled here on the bee) all came together and we ended up with one heck of a fantastic wedding! We partied all night until 4 am and everyone had a blast!
Not everything was perfect, I forgot to put my foundation on when I was doing my makeup, my earrings fell out early in the night, so I had no jewelry on in most of the pics, I forgot to pass out our sparklers to light, my dad forgot to give a speech, someone stepped on my dress and ripped my bustle out and we didn't do the garter toss. But the weather was perfect and the sunset was beautiful and I couldn't have asked for a better wedding.
Here are some guests pics as a sneak preview :)

Congrats! i love outdoor weddings and string lights! you look fantastic!
What a lovely and romantic night setting!
Congratulations on your marriage :)
Oh, what a pretty wedding! That sunset was INSANE! I am praying for something beautiful like that for mine :)
It looks like it was tons of fun - congrats!
Wow, you look AMAZING even without the foundation! I can't believe you did your own make up! So beautiful! Congrats!
@smyley: Yes, I wore a sash and a mermaid petti coat like the bees suggested and I am SO glad that I did!!!! It totally made my dress 100% better, and once he saw it, he loved it!
Your wedding looked beautiful! I love your style! Congratulations!!
You look gorgeous!!! Don't like that girl in the ivory dress, whoa...
@amberdawn1064: There were SEVERAL girls that wore white and ivory dresses. I was a little confused by that! I was slightly offended....
Congratulations! Looks like a fun time :)
Congratulations! How beautiful! I liked that everyone sat at their table for the ceremony, great idea!
@sienna76: I was VERY stressed about it! We didn't have room for an aisle, so I knew everyone had to just sit at their tables. I was hoping they would know to turn their chairs to face us where we were getting married, stand when I walked in etc. I walked out towards everyone, instead of behind them up an aisle, so it was definitely non conventional.
But everyone seemed to know what to do and our ceremony was flawless. I'm so glad about that!!!
Now looking at the pics, I think it looks pretty cool with everyone at their tables w/ the candles and centerpieces. We passed out "programs" that instructed our guests to "grab a drink, find a seat, make yourself comfortable". I worked!!! Everyone knew what to do.
But like I said, I was really stressed about my "no aisle, sit at tables" wedding, but it turned out great :)
@pengoala: Thank you! I HAD to have blue wedges! It was a must!!!!
Beautiful wedding-can't wait to see more pics of your details!
Congrats and thanks for sharing.
@sueanddemetrius: I cannot WAIT to get the pro pics in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's killing meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee lol
I can't wait to get the pro pics, but these guest pics give you an idea of a few of the DIY details I designed, hand made and assembled :)
I did my own flowers, bouquet, silverware ties, birdcages, wish cards, lanterns on the trees, I Spy cards (put my own little tweak on the poem to make it my own), centerpieces, etc. There are more details I want to share (and better pro pics of the ones below!) that I will definitely post when I get them.
But I'm pretty proud of myself for my creativeness!

Oh wow, this is such a beutiful wedding! I love that last photo in your first post, just beautiful!

@goldengrlbride: Thank you! I was REALLY stressed over the weather, and I'm so glad it held out for us!
Congrats on a beautiful wedding. It looks like you and everyone attending had an amazing time!
Ahh! I looked at all your photos from the link you posted. You are drop dead gorgeous girl!! And it looks like all of your guests had SOO Much fun. You could tell that it was laid back and just a really good time :) Sometimes tells a lot about a couple, too! I saw one picture where it looks like one of your guests has on a long white dress and it threw me off...!!! Lol I hope you weren't upset by the fact she wore white on your big day ;)
OH! And I am in love with the picture of you dipping back and your hubby kissing on you ;) so adorable!
