Weddingbee boards

I'm just super excited and had to share my wedding Venue & and reception hall!  Its on St. Simons Island.  The pictures do not do justice! The entire back wall in the sancutary has organ pipes which sound so theatrical for my grand and dramtic entrance!  Yiipppeee! I can't wait!

Well I bought this before we had the venue picked.... I just hope its goes with the church. 

No the Church is Wesley United Methodist Church at Frederica on the North end.  The reception is next to the light house.

So here it is!!!! Just a few of my fav pics of the wedding!!!!  And I changed me dress to Casablanca 2034 and absolutely LOVED IT!  The theme was cotton and peaches lol.  Although I loved the David Austen Roses I did not like how the florist placed the cotton.  I could had done a better job.  After looking for creative ways to incorporate peaches on the food tables, I found some cupcake stands painted them then places peaches in each holder with magnolia leaves.  I did the same with baskets.  Centerpeices were large glass cylinders filled with peaches, hydrangeas on the top with willow sticks coming out.  It was really pretty and all DIY.

And of course my favorite pic is the last one..... My mom went blind 6 years ago then a few years after she had 4 strokes and her health is spiraled.  It meant so much to me that I got to have my hero there.  Since she can't see I asked her if she would like to feel my dress.  I don't know what I'd do without her. :)
