That's a beautiful dress. I think it's appropriate for the beach too. Congrats on finding your dress!
It's gorgeous. Your dress is definitely fancy, but I think that if the rest of the wedding is a little more fancy, it will be awesome. (i.e. I'd recommend your groom wear a suit, I've seen a lot of beach weddings go super casual.) Congrats!
I love it! Love anything with a dropped waist, it shows off the figure beautifully.
Yes he will wear a khaki suit with aqua tie and the bridesmaids dresses are long....so it's a bit formal-ish but barefoot!!

Thanks u guys!! This was actually the first dress I tried on, and about 20 dresses and 3 other places later I came back to this one.....
Is that detachable? If so, that's awesome. If not, maybe you should look into it for alterations! It's be fun to make it short for the reception
@eviemarie that would be cool if it were detachable....it's not though...
and i have a chinese dress that I will change into for the last part of the reception...I'll post pics when I get it back from the seamstress......

Here's a pic of my dress!! You can't really tell from the pic but it has thin row of beading along the top and the part where the skirt meets the bodice part. And it also has a sprinkling of beads and those tiny clear sort of iridescent sequins on the bodice, however I'm having the seamstress add more beads cuz it was looking a little too sparse. And the buttons down the back have the little sequins on them too.
We're having a beach wedding, but I have always dreamed of the poofy princess dress. When I went to try dresses, the really poofy ones felt like Quinceanera (latin version of sweet 16 but at age 15) dresses to me.... I thought this was a good mixture: a bit poofy yet not way too heavy for the beach...Did I make a good choice?
