Thanks everyone, I have to honest I was absolutely astonished that the boy had such cracking taste (apart from asking me to marry him of course lol!) :-)
@MrsT2009: Its not vintage actually, he bought it from a small chain of shops in the UK. I agree though it does look quite art deco-y in style (which is why I love it)
