I work nights and the other day I had my dogs in bed with me while FI was at work. I went to bed at around 9:30 and I woke up suddenly at noon. I turned over and saw a pee spot on my bed (brand new tmpurpedic mattress topper, too) just inches from my head. I am still trying to decide if he was trying to pee on my head. Needless to say I have banned them from bed and spent the next 2 hours disinfecting/cleaning after being awake for about 24 hours. Uncool.

My dog is very destructive when he thinks I’ve abandoning him. He once was left out of his kennel after my mom took him out while I was at work and he completely destroyed my room. There were newly cleaned clothes, books, my passport, the contents of my backpack, everything ripped up and spread out all over the house. I was beyond pissed off and he spent the next 2 hours in his kennel just so I wouldn’t kill him.

When the family dogs were younger (~1 year old) and left alone for the day, they dragged a big, unopened bottle of canola oil over to their beds, chewed it open, got canola oil all over the tile, the hardwood, and their foam beds, ate TONS of canola oil, and puked all over the floor. I got to clean it up, because my family had just taken off on vacation.

It was HORRIBLE

@Kjeff760:  May I just add that when I called FI in a blind rage all he could do was laugh and laugh and laugh…

@cloverbug:  I had to crate him too because I had to get him out of my general area for his own safety lol

I don’t have pictures but our Labradoodle is guilty of killing 10 pairs of my shoes over a period of 1 year

We get this happening sometimes. Luke has also been known to steal food right from the plate, or try to sneak a bite of something while you’re holding it! No table manners haha. He likes to sit in my lap while I eat.

I had a brand new pair of Hatley rain boots and when I got home from work all that was left were the sole’s….hunderds of tiny rubber pieces EVERYWHERE! That’s the only time she has ever done something like that!

@Kjeff760:  Too funny! Never seen a cat (or cats) make such a mess!

@everridiculous:  Oh god that’s horrible! I was staying with friends at their cottage over Christmas and we had a big part which we made trays of lasagna for. We had way wayyy too much food and even after eating leftovers we threw out 3 whole pans of lasagna. We all went out one night and when we came home later my friend was like “why does the dog look so fat?”, their black lab had eaten ALL THREE pans of lasgna. Needless to say, she spent the night throwing up everywhere. Good thing they didn’t have carpet in the place.
