I know the feeling of not finding many photos...the Casablanca website does not do justice to the dresses.
I too am a Casablanca 1827. I ordered it in white! I hope I don't fade out in it :(
I did love the dress in Champagne, but thought it wouldn't go well with my color palette.

I have contemplated adding something under the dress but I have ultimately decided not to. After trying them both I liked the more "romantic" look to the dress without it underneath and have the train flow straight down and out when I walk. Also, I'll be adding a bustle for right after the ceremony and it wont be necessary once it's all pinned up :]
I just bought this dress and i love it! Its from 2006 and i paid 800 for it. I feel thats prob too much for an older dress but oh well. I am going to put a champage rouched belt with a flower on it!
Beautiful! I also just ordered mine in January in Champagne. Not the most popular choice but I loved it in contrast to my red hair. I cant wait to get it and try it on. I was a bit nervous because Im a size 14/16 dress but it hugs my curves in all the right places and is so romantic and whimsical.
Here is a picture of me in my lovely champagne Casablanca 1827 dress! I loved the color with my skin tone and hair color. It was a bit tricky finding the exact right shoes, but it worked out in the end! Hopefully this picture can help other brides who are considering this dress and color!

So, if you are a bride like me and choose the Casablanca 1827 in Champagne, you will already know that finding a lot of pictures of this dress (with the exception of Mrs Champagne) is next to impossible. After 9 months of waiting for my dress to come in, it is finally here!! I went and picked it up for the first time. And all the worries I have had about the color being too dark or too champagne, instantly disappeared. The dress was PERFECT. So I decided to post a few to give you other champagne Casablanca-ers a feel for what it looks like.

PS- The dress is still too big when it came in, so it isn't fitted just right yet :)
