The centerpiece is nice but I would try to find fabric for underneath instead of a napkin. The napkin could get damaged so easily.

This is very cute.  My only suggestion would be to use ribbon that is a bit wider (also, if you get wired ribbon the bow will keep its shape better).  I like the napkin, it adds to the whole thing.

Very pretty and looks more expensive than just $3.50, great job!!!

It looks like you have a good start, I would either lower the flower some or put the bow on the bottom. Right now all the action is at the top of the centerpiece. A little visual interest in the bottom would be nice.

i agree with the bow at the bottom… its blocking the rose a bit. other than that great job!

I think the napking looks great.  also i am doing floating candles also and thought i’d suggest Ikea i brought a box of 24 for around $5.  Hopefully there is one near you.

@Bride16: I was confused the first time I read your comment but I think I’ve got it now. @Carpie, correct me if I’m wrong, but that is a fabric napkin. I think it’ll be fine under there, but I might be biased because I’m putting a fabric napkin under my DIY centerpieces too. 😉
