I think its awesome IF you know your audience. For friends, absolutely. For family if they're "cool," absolutely. But if you have a conservative aunt betty who might be offended or something... maybe send her a plain card :)
@CorgiTales: Yeah, my husband said the same thing. "This is cool, but we can't send it to my Grandmother". Luckily, I've got a box full of odds and ends of Christmas cards from previous years that are much more "straight laced"
I think that if it fits you guys then it works. I like getting cards that are personalized to the people.
I usually hate getting cards that are photos of people, so when I started reading I was prepared to vote against it, but this is hilarious and awesome!
I would love to get that holiday card!

So, I was chatting with my husband (still love saying that) the other night and mentioned that now that we're married, we need to send out Christmas cards as a couple. And though I am normally not a photo card person, I said that since we just got married, I feel like this is the one year, at least until we have kids, that I'm cool with sending a photo card.
He was not very excited about the idea of putting wedding photos on a Christmas card until I showed him my idea (which is much more "us" than using a formal shot):
This is just my first attempt at doing the photo-shopping, but picture it on a card whose greeting reads something like "Have a Rockin' Holiday!"
What do you guys think? (obviously it will not have a "pikipimp" banner on the bottom when it's done). Also, when he saw it, he said "well, if we're going to do this, we should go whole hog and put snowflakes and Christmas decorations in the background"
