Thank you Mrs. Perfume for the inspiration! With a little patience and TLC..this was the end result. It's a lot of work..however I loved how they came out! Total cost per invitaion (not including postage) about 4 dollars. =)
Wow, these are amazing!! I bet your guests are going to love getting these in the mail, I knwo I would. Congrats on all your hard work!
Those are gorgeous! They look very professional...
Yay Mrs. Tea :)
Those are gorgeous! Your colors are BEAUTIFUL and I LOVE the ribbon (that's a ribbon, right?)!
I can only hope that my invitations turn out as wonderful... awesome job!
Great color combo. Those are fabulous and look so professional. You should be so proud of them!
Were the ones wrapped in purple ones you were going to hand deliver?
I ask because they didn't have a return address on them. :)
By the way....AWESOME! :)
I can't believe it was so cheap.
Oh my goodness! Those are amazing. I only hope i can come up with something half as nice as that.
These are absolutely amazing! I'm also looking at boxed invitations as well - do you mind sharing where you got those boxes?
You did an amazing job!! your invites turn out amazing!!
Thank you everyone for your wonderful comments! I worked so hard to make my vision come to life and I love them...next programs!
Rallise: Thank you! My colors are plum, rasberry and chartreuse. =)
KMSull: Yes, it's ribbon! I purchased the ribbon online at www.boxandwrap.com 100 yards for $20. ( I still have a TON left over after wrapping 100 boxes).
thecolorteal: Yes, I decided to hand deliver over 60 boxes and wrap those up in tissue paper. The rest were mailed and I used postal paper (purchased at Walgreens for 2.40)
wheresmydessert: You won't regret using the boxes for your invitations. However, do keep in mind that you need to dedicate some time to complete! It took me it little under 2 months to get all materials and begin the process. In the end, it was well worth it! Created lasting memories along the way!
Initally, I had purchased the boxes from www.boxandwrap.com (color is in celery). However due to shipping issues (they were backordered for over a month) and time constraints, I opted for the more expensive ones from paper source (color is chartreuse). In the end I was extremely happy because it was the original box I wanted and the color matched my palette perfectly! However, they are a bit more pricey...2 dollars as opposed to 1 dollar from box and wrap. (see pic below...top box is $1 dollar from box and wrap...bottom is $2 from papersource).
Here are a few more pics! =)
I would love to share any details. Feel free to message me!
I learned my embossing at Paper Source! Your invites are amazing and I love the cover of the boxes! Very creative.
Thank you everyone! Corerction on the boxes featured above (top box is from papersource $2 and bottom is from box and wrap $1)
Bellenga...yes I learned how to emboss at papersource as well! So much fun! Everything is embossed from the box to the actual invitation. I think I'm going to incorporate the flower design on my programs as well. =)
I love it...I'm also doing box invitations! I can't wait to get started on them too!
Wow these are beautiful! I was wondering what size and type of box did you get from either paper source or box and wrap? Thanks for sharing!
Very Impressive!!!!
These look so professional, and I must say they are very nice momentos for the recipients. Great job!
Those are beautiful!!! They turned out really well, and I love the chartreuse boxes.
THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR YOUR WONDERFUL COMMNENTS!
MOCHACOCA: Thank you! From box and wrap...the color is matte celery and the box is a jewelry box sized 7 x 5-1/2 x 1" . The box that I used is from Paper source..color is chartreuse and the size is A7 box mailer. 7 3/8" x 5 3/8" x 3/4"
