Thank you Mrs. Perfume for the inspiration!  With a little patience and TLC..this was the end result.  It's a lot of work..however I loved how they came out!  Total cost per invitaion (not including postage) about 4 dollars.  =)

Were the ones wrapped in purple ones you were going to hand deliver?

I ask because they didn't have a return address on them. :)

    By the way....AWESOME! :)

I can't believe it was so cheap.

Thank you everyone for your wonderful comments!  I worked so hard to make my vision come to life and I love them...next programs!

Rallise:  Thank you!  My colors are plum, rasberry and chartreuse.  =)

KMSull:  Yes, it's ribbon!  I purchased the ribbon online at www.boxandwrap.com 100 yards for $20.  ( I still have a TON left over after wrapping 100 boxes).

thecolorteal:  Yes, I decided to hand deliver over 60 boxes and wrap those up in tissue paper.  The rest were mailed and I used postal paper (purchased at Walgreens for 2.40)

wheresmydessert:  You won't regret using the boxes for your invitations.  However, do keep in mind that you need to dedicate some time to complete!  It took me it little under 2 months to get all materials and begin the process.  In the end, it was well worth it!  Created lasting memories along the way!

Initally, I had purchased the boxes from www.boxandwrap.com (color is in celery).  However due to shipping issues (they were backordered for over a month) and time constraints, I opted for the more expensive ones from paper source (color is chartreuse).  In the end I was extremely happy because it was the original box I wanted and the color matched my palette perfectly!  However, they are a bit more pricey...2 dollars as opposed to 1 dollar from box and wrap.  (see pic below...top box is $1 dollar from box and wrap...bottom is $2 from papersource).

Here are a few more pics! =)

I would love to share any details.  Feel free to message me!

Thank you everyone!  Corerction on the boxes featured above (top box is from papersource $2 and bottom is from box and wrap $1)

Bellenga...yes I learned how to emboss at papersource as well!  So much fun!  Everything is embossed from the box to the actual invitation.  I think I'm going to incorporate the flower design on my programs as well.  =)
