WOW.  I can’t believe you got it arranged in a day!  It really does look very 20’s-ish; it would be perfect for a Gatsby-themed wedding.  I love that you decided to include your family and friends in your wedding in that way; how special.  I hope mine turns out as well as yours!

Since we are not having friends at our wedding, I have enlisted my best friend to find me brooches as her way to helping. She’s really good at garage sales! Was it hard to make? Did you follow any special instructions?

yogahhh: what’s the point of questioning another bee’s right to post in a thread? if i said something offensive, report me. but you have nothing to report so you’re resorting to being rude instead.

we were asked what we thought of the diy in the op. i gave my opinion. don’t see a rule in the tos saying “only post if you agree with the op or will affirm her decision.”

not my style isn’t even an offensive thing to say. it’s just a fact. i’m glad op is happy with it but again, nms. it looks like an average brooch “bouquet” to me and those aren’t my style.

the only reason i used bouquet in quotes is bc by definition a bouquet is a grouping of flowers. it wasn’t sarcastic. and if you don’t know i suggest you look it up.
