I think the boutoniers look beautiful!

What are the ribbons tying the candles to the wreath on the centerpiece? I think that the center looks really empty, maybe find a bigger candle to put inside, or find a smaller wreath? Or add some flowers or something to the inside to fill the gap?

The wreath will actually be sitting on a wood plank w/ bark on it...I will want people to be able to see the wood grain...that's why it's left open

I don't like the way the ribbon is connecting the votives to the wreath.

I like the boutoniers.  I said this in your thread the other day, but with the exception of the little bow, I'm not crazy about the blue ribbon.  I think it looks odd stretched out to the candles like that.  I think you should just put a blue ribbon around each candle without them actually being attached to the wreath like that.

    The boutonnieres are lovely.

The centerpieces are a little busy for my taste. I would eliminate the ribbons tying the votives to the main piece, and use plain votive holders.

I really like the boutonierres, but like others am confused why the ribbons are attached to the wreath and the candles?

I think you're on the right track, but needs some more playing around with it. I agree with the not connecting the ribbons thing. I would try doing something taller in the middle to give it some height. Try putting a taller middle piece in and see what you think. The middle piece just isn't quite tall enough for me and if you have larger tables, like the 8-10 person rounds I think some height will help it stand out.

^ I agree. There is something about the centerpiece that isssssn't quite right yet. Keep playing with it. I think you could remove those ribbons attached to the small votives and maybe stick a different candle in the middle. Maybe a thick taller candle by itself?? I don't know lol I don't know if I have the best eye/ideas for centerpieces.

What is the colored stuff on the votives? Decals? I know you're trying to incorporate both  the blue and yellow, but I'd really try and keep it more simple. I'd use plain clear votives (or even blue ones), get rid of the flowers tucked in the wreath, and use just a single larger candle in the holder. If you need to have some yellow in there, you could wrap the larger container with a single strip of yellow ribbon either in the center or the top, using a glue dot to hold it in place...no bow.

Keep playing around with different looks and take lots of pictures. You'll know when everything is right!

    Bouts look great!
