Based on your invites I would put on my dancing shoes and may even line my belly with a little extra greasy food because your invites scream PARTAY! Don’t want to pass out taking shots on an empty stomach.

It should just say October 4, 2014.  It’s not necessary to say October 4th, 2014.

@MrsPhilly:  I literally had to google what Poutine was. hahaha.

Your wedding sounds like a blast and the invitation suits the intended atmosphere. I agree with the change about the date. One suggestion I have is not a “must” but it is typical on invitations.. and that is that you put the day. Like Saturday, October 4, 2014.

I usually just find it helpful because it helps me know at a glance whether it is going to require me to take a vacation/personal day.

However, if it’s going to throw your invitation off balance.. then it’s not needed 🙂

@MrsPhilly:  Well if I would recieve an invite saying “Adult Cocktail reception” I would not assume that my 15 year old son is invited. So if you’re having a 13+ rule, i think “Adult Cocktail reception” might cause confusion.

other than that i like it 🙂
