Ok so I meant to share these a while ago but have been too busy. These are comp-letley DIY. My brother is a graphic designer and printed them all for me then we spent 6 painstaking hours putting them all together plus another full day for tying the twine and stuffing them, addressing them etc.
In the envelope I have included an invitation, a map, an RSVP card and a self addressed stamped envelope. (so hopefully there is no excuse to not get their RSVPs in…haha)
I wanted some nice stamps but apparently queensland doesn’t do wedding stamps anymore 🙁 However, when Fiance went to the post office to get some the lady gave us some really cute valentines day ones! score.

@marzipanda: So nice, I’m jealous! I love how you tied the twine! I’m looking into doing that for mine that are 4X9.25 (longer than reg. invitations), just worried about how much extra postage that will be here in the US 🙂

The twine didn’t add any bulk to the invites at all so they just went for the same cost as regular mail

@marzipanda: Ah, nice! I hope it’s the same for me 🙂

Aww thanks guys! I’m glad you all think they are good cos I’ve been a little worried about them. I really liked them and had envisioned them liek that but a few peopes comments have led me to believe they are not really what they were expecting

They look great! I wouldn’t have thought about the twine securing it all together but I really like the look!
