So Bee's I thought that I would post some pics of the many DIY projects that I have done so far. I am pretty much done, just have to finish my handfasting chords and the homemade peanut butter favours.

All in all I have LOVED doing all of these projects. Enjoy!

@Ms. Meowerson: Hey sure, I basically followed the DIY tutorial by Mrs. Lemonade (http://www.weddingbee.com/2008/08/25/moss-covered-monogram/)

but I used insulation foam board from a home hardware. it was 2 inches thick.

I took my letters to a printer and got them blown up to be 12x24 (for the big ones) and 12x12 for the & symbol.

cut them out with a knife (did it in the kitchen cause clean up was easier with all the foam flying everywhere)

I spray painted it green to blend better, then I bought moss from Micheals and used a glue gun to glue it all on.

    TA DA!!

I spent about $40 on all three. and the go for about $110 on Etsy!!

    good luck!!

Wow your projects look amazing so far! I love the moss initials and all of your vintage plates! What did you use in between the plates for the cake stands? Is that a wine glass in one or did you use candle holders?

@FloretteLiz: I used a unch of different candle sticks and for the silver trays I used some candle sticks and a couple of bowls and vases. To make the bowls and candlesticks match the silver trays I spray painted them a chrome colour and then distressed them with some balck ink and yellow paint (I dry brushed both on then wiped it off).
