the same thing happened to me with this workout video....except i have a 75lb golden retriever!
hahaha all of the time! The cats go nuts when I do the shred because of all of the jumping. When I did the ground workouts today my dog laid right up against me and started pawing at my face. I was just like "noooooooooooOOO!" - laughing, doing sit ups, and trying to control a 100lb german shepherd at the same time is painful and very difficult lol
Aww so adorable! My cats always look at my funny when I'm doing workouts. They think I'm crazy.
My poodle does that too! I have to put him up in the office or bedroom (where ever the BF is) while I workout.
I have to kick them out of the room so that they don't think I want to play and so I don't scare the cat.
Fur babies are soooo silly! I think I will put them in the other room for tomorrow.
Ha ha! My dog thought I wanted to play with him! He was so confused when we didn't chase after him!

SO I had never heard of the 30 day shred until I joined WB... So I got it to see what it was all about. So for all the parts of the shred laying down on the mat my tiniest baby Vera thought it was in invitation to lay on me and get comfortable. My other dog Stella thought it was an invitation to make out since I was laying down. Silly Poodles!
Anyone else have a workout interruption by their fur babies?
