@DMarie - The dress came with the sleeves, so I'm not sure where you could by just the sleeves alone. Try Etsy...they have everything!
@hugstiem - nope no catch. I bought it from a salon who had been open 2 days the first day I went in. They moved from Nashville after beeing pushed out by Davids Bridal and other big box stores. They are super nice people and I had it narrowed down to three dresses priced between $325-$450 which I was happy with anyways and thought was a great deal. I waited a couple weeks and the owner called me one day and said "we just marked down several dresses to $100 to make room for new lines. ALL three of your dresses have been marked as well!" Needless to say, I grabbed my mom and we bought it that day! lol
I often think about price gouging in the wedding industry too. I mean, if you attatch the word wedding to ANYthing it automatically goest up double. It's SO aggrevating!! Oh well, it'll be worth it in the end. :)

The bridal salon IS wonderful. It's locally owned which I think makes all the difference. If you know of anyone in the East TN area looking for dresses, send them to A Bride's Storey. Yes, StorEy. So, I'm on a REALLY tight budget...like a dress under $500. I'm a plus-size bride, so all the 'sale' dresses from Davids Bridal and other salons would barely fit my big toe. :) Anyways, after a long search and a willingness to wait and not go over my budget, my time finally arrived. A new salong opened here in my mid-size town and to make a long story short, I bought the most beautiful gown in MY size and MY price range....just $100!!! Yes, 100 bucks. I was so happy I cried. It's more beautiful and has more detail than other dresses I tried at Davids and other places.
Its a Maggie Sotterro Rosemary Leigh. The pic shows sleeves, but they are detachable and I will take them out to make it strapless. I couldn't find a pic of the back, but it's lace up with beading on both sides of the staps. Its my fave part. Collor is off-white.
