And guess WHAT Bees??
ITS 4 SIZES TOO BIG!!!
Yikes! Well, I knew it would be big, but not THAT big! Let’s just say the “cancer diet” isn’t the best diet in the world, I highly advise against it. But hey, I guess it’s a perk to having cancer!
Anyway, soooo not the point! I got to try on my GORGEOUS gown of awesomeness and managed to pick out the most BEAUTIFUL veil too!
Enjoy some AWESOME pictures from the appointment! And yes, I know I need WHITE undergarments… 🙂

Congratulations! Beautiful dress and veil! 🙂
Have fun having your dress taken in

You look beautiful! They should have no problem taking it in to fit you 🙂

Gorgeous! Good luck resisting the temptation to play dress up every day. I hope your alterations go well. I lost a dress size between fittings and the alterations would have cost more than the dress itself, luckily, they let me exchange it for a store sample. but my oh my that tulle! Dreamy!

That dress is so dreamy. Is your veil and headpiece two pieces or are they attached? I love the look.

@Mrs.Metalm: Yea, I know! I’m definitely worried about the cost of alterations…luckily, the owner has been absolutely AMAZING to me and my family and she recommended a lady that does great work for a lower cost, so I’m crossing my fingers it won’t be too bad!
@nocleverbeepun: No 🙁 They’re attached to each other…BUT great minds think alike because I’m going to ask my seamstress if she can detach the tulle part and put it on the headband part with velcro or whatever is normally used for that sort of thing…this way I can wear the whole veil for the ceremony and just the headband part for the reception! Pretty genius if you ask me! 🙂

@MissThespian you look absolutely gorgeous hun & I am so inspired that you are dealing with wedding plans and battling cancer. I know how hard that is on the body (my mom sadly lost her battle when I was 9). Your FI is going to bawl his eyes out when he sees you for the first time. Congratulations & I hope you are able to find someone that can help you with the alterations without breaking the bank.
