Something very simple on the neck, perhaps a one diamond bezel pendant. Then I would do dramatic chandelier earrings a la Mrs. Shortcake. This would work especially well if you will be wearing your hair up. Finally a large blingy bracelet.
Your dress is beautiful! With such a detailed bodice as that one, I suggest going the simple route. Perhaps earrings and no necklace. Earrings could be something with a pearl and diamond accent. Or just some nice big diamond studs
I am huge fan of Carolee costume jewelry. Sold at Lord and Taylor and I think Nordstroms. They have excellent quality items that aren't to expensive in my opinion. You can also buy from their website.

Since your dress has so much bling already (it's really beautiful!) would you consider pearls? Maybe a simple necklace strand and more busy bracelet (like the popular Haute Bride style)? Or no necklace but dangly pearl drops with a little sparkle added to them? Good luck!

Not sure where you live in Jersey, but do you come into the city? Or could you come into the city? I would try Laila Rowe (kind of like a step up from Claire's), So Good Jewelry in SoHo (literally floor to ceiling jewelry) and the Young Designer's Market on Mulberry Street.
Otherwise, since it seems like you might need something a little simpler with this dress, have you tried J. Crew or Banana? Macy's? Bloomingdales? All of those would take returns.
I think no necklace and just fancy earrings- I have had great luck on etsy!

Your dress is ornate enough that you don't need to go crazy with bling. I'm a huge fan of a great earring (try something dramatic if hair will be worn up), and a bare neck. Bare necks are all over the red carpet, and it keeps the line from head to toe sleek and clean. Add a great comb in the hair, maybe a bracelet, and you're all set! check out some pieces at www.hautebride.com.

I've posted about this a lot, it's stressing me out, my dress is white there is a lot of pearl beading, and crystals on the top, I'll post some more pics.
